“Tron,” Walt Disney Pictures’ 1982 film, gave the world a view of a video game come to life while the Tron and Discs of Tron arcade
games captured the imagination of the first gamer generation. With the release of Tron for Xbox 360™, available exclusively via Xbox
LIVE® Arcade, players can re-live the original arcade game to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the film’s release.
In Tron, a 1982 arcade game, players take on the role of the mighty video game warrior of the same name and battle Sark and the
insidious Master Control Program in high definition, racing deadly light cycles, battling Sark’s tanks, dodging grid bugs and entering
the MCP Cone. Tron features four game modes – racing light cycles, battling against Sark’s tanks, dodging grid bugs to enter the I/O
tower and facing off against the MCP tower.
Retro gamers and those new to the franchise can also enjoy the futuristic adventures of Tron via online multiplayer modes, including
co-op and competitive play, and compare scores on Xbox LIVE Arcade leaderboards.
